Terms Of Service

The Applicant MUST:

• Be a Registered General Nurse, Midwife, or Psychiatric Nurse
• Have graduated from a fully accredited nursing program (Diploma/ Degree)
• Have at least two years of working experience
• Must have a valid Nursing License from the Nursing Council of their Country of Study.
• Take and pass the NCLEX-RN exams
• Take and pass the English Proficiency Test for Visa Screening Purpose
• Meet all the requirements set by the USA state Board of Nursing
• Have an active or valid passport
• Meet all requirements set by USRN Pathway Consult (UPC) towards achieving the above objectives

NCLEX

NCLEX is the acronym for the National Council Licensure Examination; a required test for obtaining a valid nursing license in the United States of America. This is administered by the National Council of State Board of Nursing. It is a state-earned exam that all nurses must take and pass to stay and practice nursing in the USA.

CGFNS / ERES / J&SA among others offer Credential Evaluation services for authorization to practice nursing in most USA states such as Nevada, Illinois, etc., while the NCLEX examines the qualification of the applicant.

The Application Process

1. Applicants who have already passed the NCLEX:

Applicants who have already sat for and passed the NCLEX should provide their results and all official documentation from the exams as given by the National Council of State Board of Nursing.

After reviewing and verifying these documents, the applicant will be scheduled for a job interview with our partner USA recruiters (hereinafter referred to as the employer). Having received the job offer, the Recruiting Agency will commence work on the immigration process. This part of the process is executed by employers and attorneys.

Upon getting the needed legal documentation to travel, the USA Recruiter will sponsor travel to the USA and needed accommodation for the applicant upon arrival.

2. Applicants who have not taken the NCLEX:

As the NCLEX is a mandatory prerequisite, all applicants without this certification will be required to take and pass it. Applicants have the option to enroll in an organized NCLEX review class and preparation program.

USRN Pathway Consult will provide the under-listed services for clients:

• Facilitate CES and USA Board of Nursing application and documentation process.
• Facilitate NMC, Ghana license validation process.
• Facilitate Nursing School Academic transcript validation process.
• Facilitate visa screen certification documentation and processing.
• Facilitate NCLEX-RN exam preparation.
• Facilitate client travel to appropriate NCLEX centers to take the NCLEX exams.
• Facilitate client fingerprint & criminal background checks.
• Connecting successful NCLEX RN nurses to USA recruiters.
• Provide coaching and mentorship support for clients i.e. Resume/ CV writing, employer interview coaching, and NCLEX exams strategies
• NCLEX Examination Scheduling

3. Cost of Services:

• UPC service charge/workmanship is $400, This DOES NOT INCLUDE all other Services such as Travel to NCLEX centers, Credential Evaluation, Courier service etc. ALL applicants shall be responsible for ALL payments the USA Nursing self sponsorship process entails.
• The initial $200 non-refundable fee shall be paid ONLY by Ghanaian Nurses as a commitment before service commences and the other $200 must be paid before your USA State Board of Nursing Registration will be done.
• Clients with sponsors/ those outside Ghana will be expected to pay the full amount of $400. All sponsors will be updated regularly through every step of the process and the required cost shall be bared by them.
• The client shall pay ALL other official fees the process entails directly to the issuing agency i.e. CGFNS, ERES, J&SA, NMC, etc.

3. Data Protection:

• Your personal information will not be used elsewhere or for anything not intended for the Nursing Processing Program.
